You grant Prentis+ Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish the content of your apprenticeship listings for the purpose of providing the services. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prentis+ Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or any listings provided therein. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Prentis+ Ltd., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove any listings at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the app or its users.
